Terms of Service
1. 이용 대상과 계정
개인 개발자 Gaebal2가 운영하는 PSL Mining은 법적으로 제공 가능한 국가의 만 18세 이상 이용자를 위한 서비스입니다. Google 계정으로 로그인하며 타인의 계정 사용, 자동화·다중 계정·허위 인증을 통한 부정 이용을 금지합니다. 계정 보안은 함께 관리하며 문제가 생기면 지원 이메일로 알려 주세요.
Eligibility and account
PSL Mining, operated by individual developer Gaebal2, is for users aged 18 or older where legally available. Sign in with a Google account. Impersonation and abuse through automation, multiple accounts or false verification are prohibited. Contact support if account security is compromised.
2. 채굴과 포인트
채굴은 서버가 진행률을 계산하는 서비스 기능이며 휴대전화에서 암호화폐 연산 채굴을 하지 않습니다. 진행·재활성화·보상·초청 조건은 앱 안내에 따릅니다. PSL 포인트의 지갑 전송은 지갑 확인 및 신청 검토 등 표시된 조건을 충족해야 합니다. 포인트나 토큰의 시장 가격, 환금성 또는 투자 수익을 보장하지 않습니다. 이 서비스는 예금이나 투자상품 판매 서비스가 아닙니다.
Mining and points
Mining is a server-calculated service feature, not cryptocurrency computation on the phone. Progress, reactivation, rewards and referrals follow the conditions shown in the app. Wallet transfers require the stated verification and request-review conditions. No market price, liquidity or investment return is guaranteed. The service does not sell deposits or investment products.
3. 광고와 인증서
채굴 시작·재개 시 전면광고가 표시될 수 있으나 광고 시청 여부가 채굴 보상을 늘리지 않습니다. 일반 사용자의 프리미엄 인증서 저장·공유에는 안내된 보상형 광고 완료가 필요합니다. 인증서는 서비스 활동을 나타내는 이미지이며 토큰 소유권·법적 권리·송금 완료 증명서가 아닙니다. 이용자는 사용할 권리가 있는 사진·이름만 입력해야 합니다.
Ads and certificates
Interstitial ads may appear at mining transitions; viewing ads does not increase mining rewards. Regular users must complete the disclosed rewarded ad for premium certificate saving/sharing. Certificates are images of service activity, not proof of token ownership, legal title or completed transfer. Only use names and photos you have the right to use.
4. 지갑과 지급
지갑 주소와 네트워크를 신중히 확인해 주세요. 블록체인에 확정된 전송은 되돌리기 어려우므로 신청 전에 목적지를 확인해야 합니다. 신청 검토 기간과 상태는 앱에 안내하며 부정 이용 조사나 기술 장애로 지연될 수 있습니다. 운영자는 지갑 개인키나 복구 구문을 요구하지 않습니다. 법령에 반하는 거래는 지원하지 않습니다.
Wallets and payouts
Verify the destination wallet and network carefully. Confirmed blockchain transfers may be irreversible. Review periods and status are explained in the app; abuse investigations or technical issues may cause delays. The operator never requests wallet private keys or recovery phrases and does not support unlawful transactions.
5. 중단·변경과 책임
점검·장애·보안 문제로 서비스가 제한될 수 있으며 중요한 변경·장기 중단은 가능한 한 사전 안내합니다. 합리적인 오류 신고와 이의 제기를 검토하며 운영자의 고의·중과실이나 적용 법률상 배제할 수 없는 책임을 이 약관으로 배제하지 않습니다. 서비스 변경을 이유로 이미 발생한 이용자의 법적 권리를 임의로 없애지 않습니다.
Availability, changes and responsibility
Maintenance, faults or security issues may limit service. Material changes or extended interruptions are announced in advance where practicable. Reasonable error reports and objections are reviewed. These terms do not exclude liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, nor arbitrarily extinguish accrued legal rights.
6. 탈퇴·문의와 분쟁
프로필 또는 웹페이지에서 이메일로 계정 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 본인 확인 후 원칙적으로 30일 이내 처리하며 진행 중 지급·남은 포인트와 보존 대상은 먼저 안내합니다. 개인정보는 개인정보처리방침에 따릅니다. 분쟁은 지원 이메일을 통한 해결을 먼저 시도할 수 있으며 이용자 거주지의 강행법규나 법률상 보호를 제한하지 않습니다.
Deletion, support and disputes
Request account deletion by email through Profile or the website. Verified requests are normally processed within 30 days; pending payouts, remaining points and retained records are explained first. Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy. You may first seek resolution through support; mandatory protections and rights under the laws applicable to your residence are unaffected.
