Privacy Policy
1. 운영자와 적용 범위
PSL Mining은 개인 개발자 Gaebal2가 운영합니다. 연락처 및 개인정보 담당: gaebal2017@gmail.com. 이 방침은 PSL Mining 앱과 공식 홈페이지에 적용됩니다. 서비스는 법적으로 제공 가능한 국가의 만 18세 이상 이용자를 대상으로 합니다.
Operator and scope
PSL Mining is operated by individual developer Gaebal2. Contact and privacy inquiries: gaebal2017@gmail.com. This policy covers the PSL Mining app and official website. The service is intended for adults aged 18 or older in countries where it may lawfully be offered.
2. 처리하는 정보와 목적
Google 로그인으로 계정 식별자·이름·이메일을 받아 계정을 관리합니다. 앱 기기·로그인 세션 식별자는 보안과 중복 로그인 관리에 사용합니다. 선택한 광산 구역·좌표, 채굴 진행·완료·레벨, 초청 관계, PSL 포인트와 지급 신청은 서비스 제공·정산·부정 이용 방지에 사용합니다. 선택한 광산 좌표는 게임 구역이며 기기의 실제 GPS 위치를 수집하는 기능을 사용하지 않습니다.
Information and purposes
Google sign-in provides account identifiers, name and email for account administration. App device/session identifiers support security and concurrent-session management. Selected mine grids and coordinates, progress, completion, levels, referrals, PSL points and payout requests support service delivery, reconciliation and abuse prevention. Selected mine coordinates describe game areas; the app does not use a feature to collect device GPS location.
3. 지갑·거래·인증서
이용자가 입력하는 Pi Testnet·SASEUL 지갑 주소, 인증 거래 및 지급 신청·금액·상태·거래 해시를 지갑 확인과 지급 처리에 사용합니다. 인증서 이름·사진은 선택사항이며 기기에서 처리·보관합니다. 인증서 사진을 서버로 업로드하지 않습니다. 사진첩 저장이나 공유를 선택하면 기기 보관함 또는 선택한 외부 앱으로 이미지가 전달됩니다. 공개 블록체인의 거래 기록은 운영자가 수정·삭제할 수 없습니다.
Wallets, transactions and certificates
Entered Pi Testnet and SASEUL wallet addresses, verification transactions, payout amounts/status and transaction hashes support wallet verification and payouts. Certificate names/photos are optional and processed/stored on the device; certificate photos are not uploaded to our server. Saving or sharing sends an image to the device gallery or the external app you select. Public blockchain records cannot be modified or erased by the operator.
4. 광고와 선택권
Google AdMob은 IP 기반 대략적 위치, 기기·광고 식별자, 광고 상호작용, 진단 정보를 광고 제공·측정·부정 이용 방지에 처리할 수 있습니다. 비개인화 광고에도 정보 처리가 발생할 수 있습니다. 앱은 Google UMP를 통해 지역에 필요한 선택을 제공하고 광고 요청 가능 여부를 확인합니다. 프로필의 “광고 개인정보 선택”에서 제공되는 선택을 변경할 수 있습니다. 광고 시청은 채굴 속도·시간·PSL 보상을 늘리지 않습니다.
Advertising and choices
Google AdMob may process IP-based approximate location, device/ad identifiers, ad interactions and diagnostics for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention, including for non-personalized ads. The app uses Google UMP for regionally required choices and checks whether ads may be requested. Available choices can be changed under Advertising privacy choices in Profile. Watching ads does not increase mining speed, duration or PSL rewards.
5. 위탁·외부 제공 및 국외 처리
Supabase, Inc.(미국)는 로그인·데이터 호스팅을 제공합니다. 현재 앱의 주 데이터베이스는 일본 도쿄(ap-northeast-1)에 있습니다. Google 서비스는 로그인·AdMob·지원 이메일 처리를 제공하며 미국 및 Google이 운영하는 국가에서 처리될 수 있습니다. GitHub, Inc.(미국)는 홈페이지 호스팅을 제공하고 접속 로그를 처리할 수 있습니다. 이들 서비스에는 계정·광고 요청·문의 시 필요한 정보가 네트워크로 전송됩니다. 제공업체는 자체 정책과 계약에 따라 처리·보관하고 하위 처리업체를 사용할 수 있습니다. 공급업체·하위 처리업체 정보는 아래 링크에서 확인할 수 있습니다. 국외 처리를 원하지 않으면 관련 기능 이용을 중단하거나 삭제를 요청할 수 있으나 계정·광고·지원 기능 제공이 제한될 수 있습니다. 불특정 제3자에게 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다.
Providers and international processing
Supabase, Inc. (US) provides authentication and data hosting; the primary app database is currently in Tokyo, Japan (ap-northeast-1). Google provides sign-in, AdMob and support email services and may process information in the US and other countries where it operates. GitHub, Inc. (US) hosts the website and may process access logs. Necessary information is transmitted when accounts, ad requests and inquiries use these services. Providers process/retain information under their policies and contracts and may use subprocessors, listed below. If you do not wish to use cross-border processing, stop the relevant feature or request deletion; account, advertising or support functionality may then be unavailable. We do not sell personal information to unrelated third parties.
6. 보존기간
계정·서비스 이용 정보는 계정 유지 및 서비스 제공에 필요한 동안 보관하고, 본인 확인이 완료된 삭제 요청은 원칙적으로 30일 이내 처리합니다. 문의 기록은 문의 종료 후 최대 1년, 보안 및 삭제 처리 기록은 해당 사건·처리 종료 후 최대 90일 보관합니다. 삭제된 정보가 포함된 백업은 삭제 처리 후 최대 30일 이내 만료·삭제하며 일반 서비스에 다시 사용하지 않습니다. 법적 보존 의무나 진행 중인 분쟁으로 더 보관해야 하는 경우 해당 항목·근거·기간을 개별 안내하고 필요한 범위로 제한합니다. 공개 블록체인 기록과 이용자가 외부에 저장·공유한 이미지는 이 보존기간으로 삭제되지 않습니다. 제공업체 자체 로그는 해당 정책에 따라 보관될 수 있습니다.
Retention
Account/service information is retained while needed for the account and service. Verified deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days. Inquiry records are kept for up to one year after closure; security and deletion-handling records for up to 90 days after the event/process closes. Backups containing deleted information expire or are erased within 30 days of deletion and are not restored to ordinary service. If a legal obligation or ongoing dispute requires longer retention, we identify the records, basis and period individually and limit retention to what is necessary. Public blockchain records and images saved/shared externally are not erased by these periods. Providers may retain their own logs under their policies.
7. 이용자 권리와 삭제
열람·정정·삭제·처리 제한·동의 철회 및 적용 법률상 이동권·이의 제기 등을 지원 이메일로 요청할 수 있습니다. 과도한 정보 없이 계정 소유권을 확인합니다. 앱 프로필의 “계정 및 데이터 삭제 요청”이나 웹 삭제 안내를 이용할 수 있으며 앱을 삭제한 뒤에도 이메일로 접수할 수 있습니다. 진행 중인 지급 신청과 남은 포인트 처리는 삭제 전에 안내하고 확인합니다. 관할 개인정보 감독기관에 문의·불만을 제기할 권리는 제한되지 않습니다.
Your rights and deletion
Contact support to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, withdrawal of consent, and portability or objection where applicable by law. We verify ownership without requesting excessive information. Use Request account & data deletion in Profile or the web deletion instructions; email requests remain available after uninstalling. We explain and confirm the handling of pending payouts and remaining points before deletion. Your right to complain to a competent privacy authority is unaffected.
8. 보호조치·미성년자·변경
전송 암호화, 인증 및 접근 통제로 정보를 보호합니다. 비밀번호·일회용 인증번호·지갑 개인키·복구 구문을 이메일로 요구하지 않습니다. 만 18세 미만임을 알게 되면 계정 이용을 제한하고 관련 정보 삭제를 검토합니다. 이 방침을 변경하면 홈페이지에 변경 내용과 시행일을 알리고 중요한 변경은 앱 등 적절한 방법으로 안내합니다.
Safeguards, minors and changes
We use encrypted transport, authentication and access controls. We do not request passwords, one-time codes, wallet private keys or recovery phrases by email. If we learn a user is under 18, we restrict account use and review deletion of their information. Policy changes are posted with an effective date; material changes are also communicated appropriately, such as through the app.
